PuraVida retreats offers the following challenges to help you to transform yourself into a better you! During the retreat you will get experience with Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series (for beginners and yoga practitioners), in the afternoon we will practice some cardio exercises to improve your stamina, strength, flexibility and balance. Next to the physical exercises you’ll enjoy the delicious and healthy food based on Natural Cooking. You can relax at the private pool, enjoy the comfortable location and you have enough time for yourself to visit Malaga, to relax at the beach, visit the lovely nature in the area or just do nothing and enjoy a mindfulness moment.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ramon is an Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series certified teacher and will use his knowledge during the morning exercises. His classes are suitable for beginners as wel more experienced yoga practitioners.

Natural Cooking

Dinner is served at night! Based on a macrobiotic diet, Telma will provide our guests with healthy and delicious homemade food. Mostly vegetarian and sometimes she incorporates fish or shell fish. If desired a custom made diet for you personally can be created. To stimulate the local economy, one dinner will be prepared by a local traiteur who is specialized in vegetarian food.
